TAYLOR HICKS IS NO HICK
Even American Idol winners can have a bad restaurant experience now and then. Taylor Hicks likes to take his hometown Alabama buddies out to dinner in upscale LA restaurants. He brought his pals to French 75 Bistro in Burbank and they were seated at a back table. The guys sat at the table for twenty minutes and for some reason no one paid any attention to them. Eventually, they felt snubbed and just got up and left. Embarrassed, Taylor took his friends to another place he frequented nearby and he told the host what happened. "I guess they thought we were country bumpkins and didn't have any money." he shrugged. The host seated them at a desirable table and made sure Taylor and his friends had a great meal.
