Katharine McPhee, who struggled with bulimia for five years, says she's not counting calories on the "American Idols Live" tour.
"My diet? Because I'm on tour, it's not very healthy," the most recent "American Idol" runner-up tells Us Weekly magazine in its latest issue, on newsstands Friday. "But I'm not controlling (about) my weight anymore, I don't do any weird, disordered eating things anymore, thank God."

Katharine McPhee, the American Idol star, reportedly faced her eating disorder head-on when she first sat down to eat with fellow bulimics in a rehabilitation center, reports WENN.
The 'Idol' runner-up's parents found the singer help at an eating disorders program but McPhee reportedly had no idea she'd be dining with other troubled women on her first night in rehab.

She's known to the country as the beautiful runner-up from "American Idol," but Katharine McPhee showed a very different side of herself when she sat down with her sister and "Extra's" special correspondent, Adriana McPhee.
